I was born in Gorham , ME and attended Westbrook schools.  I managed Espo's Tratoria in Portland.  I have over 20 years experience in the restaurant business and a regular clientelle for my dessert line called "Betty's Desserts".  I specialize in italian desserts, cheese cakes, customized birthday cakes and brownies.
